WHEREAS New Zealand did NOT have a COVID-19 Pandemic between 2020 and 2023 there were only supposedly 26 deaths associated with COVID-19 symptoms (mild illness to pneumonia. People with coronavirus may experience fever, flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath), despite us having NO scientific evidence for the existence of SARS-COV-2 virus, which supposedly that causes the disease called COVID-19.

WHEREAS vaccines are known to be a code word to mean Chemical and Biological Defense Policies and Programs. The United States officially began its biological warfare offensive program in 1941. The "Statement on Chemical and Biological Defense Policies and Programs" was a speech delivered on November 25, 1969, by U.S. President Richard Nixon. In the speech, Nixon announced “The United States shall renounce the use of lethal biological agents and weapons, and all other methods of biological warfare. WHEREAS the engineered nanoparticle technologies (aka vaccine nanotechnology) in the COVID-19 mRNA injections are patented for use as a nanocarrier "in some embodiments the small molecule is a toxin. WHEREAS in 1987, Dr. Robert Malone, and Dr. St. Louis was working on a hemophilia gene therapy model in rabbits using retro-viral transduction techniques. He went even further by claiming that a term included in the patent, “infectious replication-defective clone”, means that the new virus is “a weapon” designed to target certain individuals. WHEREAS Ms. Latypova, the Covid 19 pandemic was never seen by the Department of Defense as a Health event but as a War event. She states that various heads from ten governmental agency had been meeting since 2013 and discussing a pandemic action and that secrecy was their paramount concern. She says the vaccinations were not a pharmaceutical product but a countermeasure ordered as a prototype. And those receiving the vaccination were not on a need-to-know basis so they were not told that they were being injected with an untested prototype.
