Poisoning of Sources of Water with Fluoride is Prohibited under New Zealand and International Law

In New Zealand the USE OF POISON AND POISONED WEAPONS IS PROHIBITED in is classified as a WAR CRIME. Members of the NZDF are not to use poison or poisoned weapons. The prohibition of the use of poison and poisoned weapons draws on widely held ethical beliefs and is also founded on the inherently indiscriminate nature of poison. A poisoned water source is likely to cause widespread and indiscriminate destruction and loss of life, and also be causative of superfluous injury and unnecessary suffering and is likely to cause widespread, long-term and severe damage to the natural environment. Poisoning of sources of water or food is prohibited. ALL and ANY material, the poison need not be chemical, the prohibition includes the use of the bodies of dead animals and People, faeces or any other matter that will render water or foodstuff poisonous is unlawful. The USE OF POISON AND POISONED WEAPONS IS PROHIBITED law is found in 7.6.32, 7.6.33, 7.6.34 of Chapter 7 of DM 69 (2ed) Volume 4. Every person who commits the offence of USE OF POISON AND POISONED WEAPONS, is liable on conviction to imprisonment for life or a fine not exceeding $1,000,000.

Whereas in NEW ZEALAND, OFFICIAL CAPACITY, the official capacity, position or rank of a person; affords no defense, excuse or justification for crimes and is not considered in mitigation of punishment, this Statue shall apply equally to all persons without any distinction based on official capacity. In particular, official capacity as Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or parliament, an elected representative or a government official shall in no case except a person from criminal responsibility under this Statue, nor shall it, in and of itself, constitute ground for a reduction in sentence. Immunities and special procedural rules which may attach to the official capacity of a person, shall not bar the Court from exercising its jurisdiction over such a person. The OFFICIAL CAPACITY law is 17.7.7 (a) (b) (c) of Chapter 17 of DM 69 (2ed) Volume 4.

Whereas fluoride is a Poison.

Whereas fluoride is a weapon and was a key component in the production of the atom bomb.

Whereas fluoride cannot be dumped it into rivers or landfills, it is illegal to dump fluoride into our lakes and rivers, because it poisons crops and making livestock sick.

Whereas fluoride given to rats has been proven to cause bone cancer, liver cancer, and a host of other physical ailments.

Whereas fluoride is a neurotoxin and causes effects like hyperactivity, memory problems, and IQ problems similar to ADD/ADHD in laboratory rats.

Whereas fluoride is a powerful central nervous system (CNS) toxin and adversely affect human brain functioning even at low doses, as there is a correlation between low-dose fluoride exposure and diminished IQ in children.

Whereas low dose fluoride given to humans causes allergic reactions and a variety of symptoms such as headaches, back pain, gastric problems, muscle fatigue, etc.

Whereas fluoride in water causes permanent damage in young children’s teeth between 3 months and 8 years old. This is called dental fluorosis. Fluoride also accumulates in the bones eventually causing a bone disease called skeletal fluorosis in adults.

Whereas Cities with fluoridated water have higher cavity rates, lower IQ, and higher cancer death rates when compared to Cities with un-fluoridated water.

Whereas if we add the poison fluoride to the water supply, we effectively force poison onto every man, woman and child in the city, and a growing number of people do not want to be poisoned by having others pouring a toxin into their water supply.

I believe that the DUNEDIN CITY COUNCILLORS should make the decision NOT to poison the City's water source, or they should go to jail for life and pay the $1,000,000 fine each.

It is time to STOP POISONING the WATER for the People in the City of DUNEDIN.

It is time to criminally charge the persons at DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL who orders the POISON fluoride.

It is time to criminally charge the persons at DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL who pay for the POISON fluoride.

It is time to criminally charge the persons at DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL who stores the POISON fluoride.

It is time to criminally charge the persons at DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL who puts the POISON fluoride into the DUNEDIN CITY WATER SUPPLY.
