Posie Parker, whose real name is Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull, visited Auckland in March but had to abandon an Albert Park Woman Rights Events due to MISOGYNIST ABUSE, THREATS OF VIOLENCE, and PHYSICAL VIOLENCE TO SILENCE HER. Concepts such as privacy and decency, physical and sexual safety, cultural, psychological or religious sensitivities and the provision of single-sex spaces and single-sex personal services are clearly acknowledged as reasons why a woman may not want a biological male in their bathroom, changing rooms, bedrooms, and sports competitions etc. Companies are allowed to accommodate for the needs of woman. Privacy, physical contact and intimate care are clearly acknowledged as reasons why a woman may not want the presence of a biological male in some instances.

The Prime Minister never publicly rebuked his own Justice minister, Kiri Allan, for encouraging trans activists to make it impossible for women’s rights campaigner Posie Parker and her supporters to be heard at the “Let Women Speak” rally in Auckland’s Albert Park on March 25. Hipkins praised the group for their MISOGYNIST ABUSE, THREATS OF VIOLENCE, AND PHYSICAL VIOLENCE TO SILENCE WOMAN by saying “That was about supporting fellow New Zealanders and I think that is something we should celebrate.” As Posie Parker left New Zealand many New Zealanders were disgusted with the comments or our Prime Minister and Minister of Justice.

I AM A NEW ZEALAND WOMAN, AND I DO NOT CELEBRATE VIOLENCE AGAINST GIRLS AND WOMAN

I support Woman Rights, issues commonly associated with notions of women's rights include the right to single-sex public changing room or lavatory facilities, single sexed changing rooms or any service involving intimate personal health or hygiene, single gender-based sporting, games or other activities and competitions, single gender-based beauty contests, single gender-based sleeping accommodation and schools, female midwife, female breastfeeding educator, female surgeon for operations on female reproductive organs, female post-natal exercise classes, a female only massage service, a female only cervical cancer screening service, female counselling session provided for female victims of sexual assault, female staff at woman's refuge, female domestic violence support unit, female security officers for bodily searches, female only spa and sauna, to have access to suitable housing, single-sex wards in hospitals and nursing homes and single-sex facilities in mental health facilities, to be safe in our home and not subjected to forced entries, assaults, and kidnappings, privacy and decency, bodily integrity and autonomy, to be free from verbal, physical and sexual violence, to be able to raise our children and make decisions for their safety and well-being without being attacked, to vote, to hold public office, to enter into legal contracts, equal rights in law, to have a livable income, to work, to fair wages or equal pay, to have reproductive rights, to own property, and to education etc.

FEMALES WOULD LIKE SINGLE GENDER BASED BATHROOMS

Sex is a protected characteristic and refers to a male or a female of any age. Sex is clearly described here using the commonly accepted words man and women. A woman must not be discriminated against compared to a man based on her biological sex. Males or Females do not need to be allowed access into the opposite single-sex space. The Males could use the male single-sex space, while the females could use the female single-sex space, for those uncomfortable using a single-sex space of their own gender, it can be enough to simply provide an alternative space like a disabled toilet for them. Considerations of privacy or decency may require a public changing room or lavatory attendant to be of the same sex as those using the single sex facilities.

FEMALES WOULD LIKE SINGLE GENDER BASED SPORTING COMPETITIONS

Separate single gender-based sporting, games or other activities and competitions should continue to be organized for men and women as physical strength, stamina or physique are major factors in determining success or failure, and in which males are stronger than females, thus making the female sex disadvantage in comparison with males in sports, and games. The average male is stronger than the average female, as there is gender-based differences between male and female.

If males do not wish to compete in other sports competitions with other males, as they are they do not have physical strength, stamina or physique of other males, then perhaps it may be necessary to uphold a fair and safe competition for the weaker males, this new sports competition could be for the participation of people who call themselves transsexual. Perhaps at the paralympic athletes could compete in seven different disability groups— gender dysphoria, amputee, cerebral palsy, visual impairment, spinal cord injuries, intellectual disability, and “les autres”.
