New Zealand law still incorporates certain English and United Kingdom statutes, such as the Magna Carta 1297, the Bill of Rights 1688, and the Act of Settlement 1700. These were confirmed as being part of New Zealand's law by the Imperial Laws Application Act 1988. The Magna Carta's ideals of individual liberty and freedom, and the constraint of power were adopted by New Zealand's Parliament from its beginning. A critical constitutional document as is the Treaty of Waitangi. Therefore, under New Zealand Law of the Magna Carta, it signified that subjects are entitled to the right of having and using arms for self-preservation and defense. The right to bear arms and defend ourselves, our family, property and community, from unlawful acts of aggression and theft, with all reasonable force necessary, is also a right to self-determination, still applies today.
Kyle Chapman, is being charged with neither being the holder of a firearms licence nor under the immediate supervision of a person who was the holder of a firearms licence, and in his possession a magazine for a firearm that is not a prohibited magazine, namely two .22 magazines.
So why did the Police search his Christchurch address on September 8?
The Police searched his property because they are currently targeting Kiwi Blokes in New Zealand who enjoy hunting and fishing who do not support the actions of the current Government over the past few years. There is hearsay that 15 to 20 different places have recently been raided by the Police in the past few weeks as they are searching properties looking for any hunting equipment.
Why are the Police currently searching homes looking for guns?
History teaches us that in the past whenever a government starts attacking individuals who have NOT harmed another person, who have NOT damaged property, because they want to remove the guns from the People, the Government usually does a really bad crime afterwards.
