To those who just follow orders, please be aware that under international law you are personally responsible for your actions. Co-Government is a coup, an attack on democracy. It is individuals who commit the Crimes of Apartheid and the Crimes of Persecution in New Zealand, and it is individuals who should be prosecuted for these Crimes Against Humanity.

WHEREAS New Zealand was founded as a liberal democracy, and as such individual Rights and Freedoms were officially recognized and protected by the rule of law and the Government Agents were expected to be Public Servants and to be accountable to the People by a system of one person one vote.
WHEREAS Co-Government is a Coup hiding in plain sight. A Coup is a sudden and great change in the government carried out forcibly, violently or illegally by the ruling power. He Puapua was mapped out by the Government in 2019, to bring about C0-Government under the guise of enacting the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of the Indigenous Peoples. They aim to give 50% of all decision making to 17% of the population in New Zealand.
WHEREAS Kaipara Mayor Dr. Jason Smith describes Three Waters as "a Trojan Horse for ending democratic rights," as it is about Iwi gaining ultimate control of water services at every level, whereas the Healthcare System reforms are about Iwi gaining ultimate control of the Healthcare System at every level.
WHEREAS Ben Thomas, who is a public relations consultant and former press secretary for then-Minister for Treaty Negotiations Chris Finlayson, said the emotional reaction and fear of co-governance comes from it being unknown.
"People don't know, or they think they don't know, what co-governance is, and people are afraid of new things. It's actually pretty understandable... There are a lot of New Zealanders who don't understand that when we're talking about co-governance with iwi, we're not talking about some village in the middle of nowhere, these are sophisticated entities who have strong track records."
WHEREAS dealing with a coup, a sudden and great change in the government carried out forcibly, violently or illegally by the ruling power, a culture of human rights abuses, discrimination, persecution and apartheid is a complex task, however to restore confidence and accountability, it is necessary to admit publicly the gross abuses that have taken place and to hold those responsible and liable who have committed, planned, ordered, executed, and profited from such abuses, and to compensate victims, so that the government can return to a true democratic forms of administration that protect and respect fundamental human rights.
WHEREAS Julian Batchelor has been advocating to end the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution in New Zealand, and to preserve the liberal Democracy where individual Rights and Freedoms are officially recognized and protected by the rule of law and the Government Agents were expected to be Public Servants and to be accountable to the People by a system of one person one vote. Julian Batchelor is the anti the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution in the Co-Government framework. Julian Batchelor says he has filed defamation proceedings against an Individual and a state-owned broadcaster TVNZ for public defamation, so as to defend the right to free speech while discussing democracy. Under International Law it is a Crime to persecute a person for advocating against the Crime of Apartheid, based on the words and actions of others in NEW ZEALAND I believe Julian Batchelor has been persecuted for advocating against the Crime of Apartheid. Julian Batchelor has hosted more than 60 seminars in his “Stop Co-Governance” roadshow, in which the State funded Media wrote dishonest hit pieces against him to promote aggression towards him. He has recently completed a leg around the South Island. He plans a series of public events intended to rally supporters against co-governance ahead of the election, starting with an event at the Destiny Church headquarters on Saturday.

WHEREAS for over 50 years Apartheid and Persecution has been treated as Crimes against Humanity, as set out in two treaties that states have ratified and often incorporated into their domestic law.
WHEREAS the DEFINITION of the term ‘racial group’ in the crime of apartheid, or persecution on racial grounds, can be assessed with reference to the definition of racial discrimination in The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) United Nations convention. It means not just treatment on the basis of genetic traits but also treatment on the basis of descent and national or ethnic origin.
WHEREAS Māori ancestors is a different racial group as per the definition than non-Māori ancestors.
WHEREAS the individuals employed within the NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT are committing the Crime of APARTHEID
These are an intent to maintain a system of domination by one racial group over another;
systematic oppression by one racial group over another,
inhumane acts, carried out on a widespread or systematic basis.
WHEREAS a general prohibition of apartheid and discrimination is a peremptory norm of international law. The 1965 International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) requires all states parties to “particularly condemn racial segregation and apartheid and undertake to prevent, prohibit and eradicate all practices of this nature in territories under their jurisdiction.”
WHEREAS in the law of armed conflict, the 1977 Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions identifies “practices of apartheid and other inhuman and degrading practices… based on racial discrimination” as a grave breach of the treaties.
WHEREAS as a crime against humanity apartheid is most clearly prohibited under International Law.
1968 Convention on the Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitations to War Crimes.
1973 the UN General Assembly adopted a specific treaty, the Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid, which came into force in 1976. This treaty set out a definition of apartheid as a crime against humanity, consisting of ‘inhuman acts committed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining domination by one racial group of persons over any other racial group of persons and systematically oppressing them’.
The 1998 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court lists apartheid as one of the 11 distinct crimes against humanity, defining it as inhumane acts ‘committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other group or groups and committed with the intention of maintaining that regime.’
WHEREAS the individuals employed within the NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT are committing the Crime of PERSECUTION
there is severe and intentional deprivation of rights of a group,
evidence that such severe deprivation of rights was committed with discriminatory intent and pursuant to a state policy,
and was widespread or systematic.
WHEREAS persecution as a crime against humanity dates back at least to the 1945 Charter of the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg, which included ‘persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds’.
WHEREAS persecution was also incorporated as a distinct crime against humanity in the Rome Statute, defined as “the intentional and severe deprivation of fundamental rights contrary to international law by reason of the identity of the group or collectivity.” The statute broadened the scope of the crime to include persecution on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender or other grounds that are “universally recognized as impermissible under international law”.
WHEREAS Judge Antonio Cassese said the crime under customary international law consists of acts that result in grave violations of fundamental rights that are part of a widespread or systematic practice and that are committed with discriminatory intent.
CONCLUSION Criminal liability exists under international law and Co-Government is the Crime of Apartheid. The authors of these acts cannot shelter themselves behind their official position in order to be freed from punishment in appropriate proceedings.
