I Pamela Taylor was detained for 4 days over Facebook posts criticizing the use of COVID-19 Weapons

I am a New Zealand woman, who campaigned for Mayor of Dunedin in 2022, and my incarceration in a psychiatric unit was over my political views being different from the prevailing COVID-19 narrative, this was a total system failure of society – politics, media, the law, and medicine.

Whereas I have the Right to freedom without oppression. I have the Right to express any idea through all media, voice, print or banner providing I don't harm others. My detention may have arisen from saying on Facebook, and Gab Social – that the excess deaths are caused by the COVID-19 Injectable Biological and Chemical Weapons. I have the Right to freedom of speech; and

Whereas I was not arrested, but I was informed by the Police that I was to be immediately detained Under the Compulsory MINISTRY OF HEALTH Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I was handcuffed, I was assaulted, I was forcibly removed from my home, and I was transported to an isolation room for four days of cruel and unusual punishment. No reason was ever given for why I was to be detained other than because a Family Court Staff asked the Police to detain me under this Act; and

Whereas all Government Ministers, Family Court Staff, Police, and Healthcare Professionals are private person's acting in a role of their choosing, as such can be held accountable as a private person for the harm, distress, duress their actions and decisions are causing others; and

Whereas the CROWN is using legislation, Acts, and Statutes such as the Compulsory Mental Health and Assessment Act 1992 to mislead with intent to claim ownership and administration of living man and physical land through deception, using an artificial construct; no entity can claim ownership over what it did not create or purchase from the creator thereof; and

Whereas the CROWN as a registered company, is bound by admiralty maritime law/law of the sea, operates in commerce and contract of artificial entities ONLY. It is registered at the Security Exchange Act 1934 and LSE. Refer to: U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission that lists that the New Zealand Government is a corporation trading as HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND CIK 0000216105; and

Whereas all agents and contractors of New Zealand Government, Parliament, House of Representatives, Governor General, Iwi incorporations et al are trading as the company HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND known as the CROWN; that is a legal fiction, can have no jurisdiction or administration over anything of substance for living man, living woman, plants, animals, minerals, water, land, flora, fauna, air and all resources of life in their entirety; and

Whereas no Government agency or Court can concern itself with anything other than corporate artificial person. No Government agency or Court has certainty over men and women in their Natural state; and

Whereas I was held in a psychiatric unit in DUNEDIN against my will for four days, over holding views that the COVID-19 Injections are Weapons or over publishing Facebook, Twitter, and Gab posts critical of lockdowns and the COVID-19 Injectable Weapons. I have been an active critic of the New Zealand healthcare system in connection with COVID-19 Injectable Weapons, lockdown, and the fictious COVID-19 virus. The reason for my detention exemplified a nation in which freedom of expression, law and the democratic process has been set aside under COVID-19; and

Whereas on Friday February the 10th 2023 at 12 noon, I Pamela Taylor was confronted at my home n Mosgiel, Dunedin, New Zealand, while I was cooking eggs for my lunch by three Police Officers along with three Health Workers their names and identification numbers are Thivya Turner 101456, Debby Foster 19867, Vicky Paul 41688, LY30, Tamson TM FY67 and Brandon; and

Whereas I have the Right to be safe and secure in my home, to be safe from bullying, coercion, discrimination, any form of oppression that causes Stress, and Duress which can be fatal; and

Whereas they used forced entry and trespassed on private property. They physically assaulted me by handcuffing me without my consent, they kidnapped me by forcibly transporting me from my home without my consent. At all times I Pamela informed them that I did not consent. This means that any assumed or presumed Contracts are Null and Void and are illegal under Contract Law; and

Whereas I am not a ward of the State nor a Child of the State, therefore NOT under anyone's authority nor the authority of any claimed government system; and

Whereas at 1 pm on Friday 10th of February 2023 I Pamela living woman in my natural state was kept prisoner and interrogated by Justice of the Peace Keith Harris, Vicky Paul 41688, Ann Wiltshire 33375, and Dr. Nigel Fanshaw; and

Whereas at all times I informed them that my legal status is that of a living natural woman and not that of an artificial person, that I do NOT consent, I do NOT consent to contract, I do NOT accept their offer of services, NO consent means that NO lawful contract, that all contracts under force are nil and void, that they are guilty of the Crimes of fraud, trespass, physical assault, kidnapping, and unlawful imprisonment. All Contracts entered into MUST be done with the full disclosure and consent, thus should be done with an independent witness to verify said contract. Any contract whereby only one party's signature or autograph or where one party has signed under duress, shall be deemed to be a fraudulent unilateral contract, thus null and void. At NO stage was there any consent from myself, at all times it was a gang of criminals trespassing on private property, forcibly entering private property, physically assaulting a woman in her home, binding up her hands, kidnapping her and locking her up in isolation room for four days; and

Whereas when they gave me the MINISTRY OF HEALTH Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992 Notice to attend an assessment examination I wrote on it that I reserve all my Inalienable Rights, when I signed, I signed V. C. for under duress, I used a fingerprint to represent living natural woman, and a symbol as a Postmaster Stamp to deface the MINISTRY OF HEALTH Postmaster Stamp, I legally served the document back to them and demanded a photocopy of it. At all times my actions were lawful and at all times their actions were a violation of my Inalienable Rights, a violation of International Laws and a violation of the HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND COMPANY, LEGISLATIONS, ACTS and STATUTES. My detention was unlawful there was NO medical justification for my committal to a mental institution; and

Whereas in New Zealand people's homes and businesses are invaded by Police Officers and Health Workers unlawfully, where there is NO medical justification, who are often trying to force People who are NO danger to themselves and NO danger to others, to take dangerous drugs against their will. There is a massive use of force in this country, and Big Pharma has gained a strong position where so many people are forcibly medicated, drugged and poisoned. I have never displayed ANY signs of mental instability. I have never self-harmed, had suicidal thoughts or suffered from depression. I have never harmed others, had criminal convictions or been violent or threatening towards others; and

Whereas in New Zealand it is usually the Government Agents who are a Breach of the Peace. A Breach of the Peace is defined as intentionally, physically harming another human being, person or intentionally damaging private property or committing any kind of action that creates physical harm. Over the past few years, it has been plain to see that those employed by the Government Corporation are the ones most likely to recklessly cause injury and harm to others and property and believe that they have the monopoly on violence. In New Zealand the Socialist Labour Government are using the Police, Healthcare Workers and Courts to attack their Political Opposition and to attempt to get dangerous drugs into them in order to harm them; and

Whereas on Monday after spending a weekend locked up, I was released with a Certificate of Sanity as I displayed NO signs or symptoms of a Mental Disorder; and

All kidnappings under the MINISTRY OF HEALTH Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992 must stop. Compulsory Assessment and Treatment is a violation of Inalienable and Unalienable Rights, forced kidnappings and drugging's is using biological and chemical weapons and munitions that cause superfluous injury and unnecessary suffering. Compulsory Assessment and Treatment can NOT be legally enforced without bullying, trespassing, forced entry, physical assaults, forced biological and chemical drugging and poisoning, kidnappings, isolation, coercion, manipulation, and threats, these are all crimes of corruption and when deaths occur caused by the Stress/ Suicide, these crimes become manslaughter and a form of genocide - a crime against humanity. I Pamela lawfully revoke, ANY assumed consent to be part of ANY medical experiment that may result in me suffering either minor or serious side effects from. I herby, Make my Claim of Right to Health, Life, Love and Liberty, I am the owner of my private physical body, and I will defend my Right to Bodily Autonomy and Safety of my Body. No Government Agent has the Right to go around trespassing, forcibly entering homes, physically assaulting, kidnapping, isolating People from friends and family and trying to forcibly drug People, these People are committing a criminal offence. The People of New Zealand have the Right to be Safe in their homes, free from violent People who work for the Government acting of their own personal accord, disturbing the Peace.
