Good Afternoon,

I have the Right to refuse any offer of service/contract offered by any government employee/ agent/ contractor/ court/ Judge/ court official who tries to trick me into contracting/giving consent to any process that involves the Legal Fiction, this also applies to anyone claiming any form of jurisdiction/authority over me and my daughters, the living beings. The FAMILY COURTS is operating outside the Law, this means it is a TREASONOUS ROGUE entity. New Zealand was considered a colony under International Law prior to 1919, New Zealand achieved its independence or sovereignty on 10th January 1920. Does this mean that ALL subordinate Laws and in Fact our whole Political and Judicial System has no validity since 1920? Is it not true, for ALL Laws, the Political Structure of New Zealand to have validity under International Law, there must be a National Referenda concerning the whole/complete Truth regarding our current situation, which should be voted on Point by Point, by the people of New Zealand regarding the entire Political and Legal structure.

Without my consent no, No lawful adjudication concerning myself may occur, as I can only ever be the authorized agent of the LEGAL FICTION, therefore not liable for the debts of the corporate LEGAL FICTION entity unless an autographed wet ink notarized affidavit done with full disclosure/consent is produced, stating that I consent, and I am not under stress or duress of any kind. I do not consent to the FAMILY COURT, WITHOUT NOTICE APPLICATION FOR A PARENTING ORDER and I do not consent to the APPLICATION TO RESOLVE DISPUTE BETWEEN GUARDIANS. I do not consent to the INTERIM PARENTING ORDER, and I do not consent to the FINAL PARENTING ORDER. I also do not accept any COST CONTRIBUTION ORDER. I do not accept your offer of Family Court services. I do not consent to pay for any costs contribute to any specialist reports, Lawyer for Child, or a Lawyer to Assist the court in the Dunedin Family Court.

I will not pay the Family Court Judge, Lawyers and specialist report writers for their criminal activities of causing deliberate intentional harm, stress and duress to my children and myself. The definition of "common law on the land" is defined as "Do No Harm To Others," either financially, psychologically or physically. Your Family Court contracts, and Orders have been rejected.

100NZ Dollars per minute if I Pamela-Marilyn: am detained or stopped against my will/for time spent engaging in any form of questioning, interrogation, or harassment by ANY person or otherwise who claims any kind of authority over me, this means - any central or local government agent, employee, contractor, advisor and or employer or any other corporate entity.

500,000NZ Dollars if ANY - Justice of the Peace/ Judge/Court Register/ Deputy Register/ Court Official either ignores or refuses to abide by/ recognize the legality of my Un-rebutted Affidavit, which NO man/woman in whatever role they are acting in, has the right to overturn or ignore.

1,000,000NZ Dollars if "anyone" in their professional or private capacities, eg.- A Judge, A Justice of the Peace ETC, who assumes or presumes to be the Administer or Executor of the Cestui Que Vie Trust/ "anyone" who claims to have an assumed authority over "me" or any entity that was attached to my given name, does so "without" my prior wet ink hand written, autographed consent, they are fully liable without recourse.

1,000,000NZ Dollars if "anyone" in their professional or private capacities, uses bullying, coercion, discrimination, bribery against me in relation to ANY experimental or Government approved medical procedure that any risk of harm. This is a breach of my Rights both ethically and humanly and causes Stress and Duress.

As per my UNREBUTTED AFFIDAVIT with the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE DUNEDIN ADMINISTRATION OFFICE 29 MAY 2023 stamp on it, page 10. I Pamela-Marilyn: claim the right to challenge any Corporation that has tricked me deceitfully, without Full Disclosure, into a contract/agreement/Treaty that they claim is binding upon me, the living being. When Legally/lawfully the contract was Fraudulent, without full discloser, therefore Null/ Void in Law. I will automatically deem it my right to claim for damages of $5,000,000NZ Dollars against ANY Corporation that makes such a claim. ANY contract that has not had full disclosure, is without the signatures/autographs of both parties involved, not witnessed by an independent witness who has proven their identity to me, is deemed ILLEGAL, done under Duress, thus Null/Void. This Fee is DEMANDED immediately upon a verified copy of this Affidavit.

The Family Court Judge, Lawyers, specialist report writers, Police to Assist the court in the Family Court, Mental Health Workers to Assist the Family Court, Child, Youth and Family to assist the Family Court should each pay financial compensation to myself and my daughters for the deliberate and intentional psychological, economical, physical abuse and torture of me and my three daughters since September 2021.
