Family Court staff do not adequately address family violence

Family Court staff do not adequately address family violence. Their decisions are not made in line with Constitutional Human Rights, the Crimes Act, Family Violence Act, Medical Ethics or other International or National laws or legal guidelines, evidence or the best interest of the children.

The Family Court Staff follow the policy of praising the "Applicants" and undermining the "Defendant." Some cases involve the violent aggressive person as the "applicant" while in other cases the violent aggressive person as the "defendant." Some cases have two good parents, but the Family Court Staff will attack and undermine the "defendant" anyway. Whatever the case the Family Court Staff treats the "defendant" like absolute crap.

The Family Court system has systemic failures, leading to unsafe outcomes for victims of family violence, as the Family Court Staff don't care about the safety or well-being of parents or their children but only about all ganging up on one person to undermine them.

The Oranga Tamariki Act and Family Violence Act requires state intervention in families where children’s safety and welfare are at risk. Family Court decisions aim to empower the "applicant" and undermine the "defendant," in the Family Court the "applicant" consented to the Family Court and the "defendant" did not consent, they were dragged in by fraud, perjury, trickery, threats, lies, etc.

Women’s Refuge offers services for women and their children experiencing family violence, if they are not in the Family Court system. If they are in the Family Court system, then Women’s Refuge can't help you.

In the New Zealand Family Court System, the Family Court Judges and Lawyers are all one team that work against the "defendant," so the whole team lie to support each other as they psychologically, economically and physically harm the "defendant." New Zealand ranks at the bottom of the EU/OECD in child well-being – a measure which is drawn from aspects of children’s lives including psychological health, peer bullying and family conflict. Hostile conflict within families harms parents’ psychological, economic and physical health, and the health, well-being and development of their children. Chronic stress causes children to develop poorer social skills, for example, showing aggression and antisocial behavior with their peers.

Yet the Family Court Staff are all about escalating Family Conflict, by having a professional team of Family Court Judges, and Lawyers all undermining and economically, physically and psychologically abusing one of the children's parents for the benefit of the other parent. Family Courts are all about increasing Family Violence by making a power imbalance and an intentional pattern of coercive behavior for the purpose of exercising power and control over one or more members of a family. High levels of Family Violence by an organized group of people profiteering by violating the Rights of the other parent places children at a greater risk of child poverty and developing emotional, social and behavioral problems, as well as having difficulties with concentration and educational achievement.

In New Zealand the Family Court Judges and Lawyers all appear to support poisoning children with experiential, biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction and oppose children being healthy, happy and alive. Under the Crimes Act it is a criminal offense to poison people, or to threaten to poison people. Likewise, it is a criminal offense to threaten to use biological or chemical weapons of mass destruction on children in order to do grievance bodily harm or to kill them. It is also a criminal offense to trespass, to forcibly enter homes and to kidnap people. It is also a crime for parents to have their children threatened with being kidnapped from them, but this is how the Family Court Staff operates on a daily basis.

There is an Interim Parenting Order, despite Pamela-Marilyn: Pirie-Taylor signing the consent memorandum for the Interim Order “under duress” and on the basis of “all rights reserved,” under the stated threat from Michael Taylor & Lawyer Sally McMillian to shot them with a biological and chemical weapon of mass destruction, while under the implied threat of being shot with a biological and chemical weapon of mass destruction from Judge E Smith, Judge T Turner, Court Register Rachel Green-Brough, and Lawyer Louise Garthwaite. The implied threat exists as the news reported Dunedin Family Court Judges held the belief that parents should loose full custody of their children if they refused to shoot their children with the COVID-19 biological and chemical weapon of mass destruction which destroys their genome.

As the Family Court Judges and Lawyers view it as child neglect not to shot yourself and your children with biological and chemical weapon of mass destruction, they claim it is child abuse for an "unvaccinated" mother to cook, clean, bake, do dishes, garden, go to church, groups, walks, parks, beaches, playgrounds, home schoolers events, art classes, read books, teach math's, do Te Kura Correspondence School lesson's etc. on the grounds of her "unvaccinated" status. They also consider to not shoot yourself and your children with a biological and chemical weapon of mass destruction that destroys your DNA and gives you AIDS, cancers, heart attacks and death as being "mentally disordered." The Family Court Judges and Lawyers strongly opposed my belief that Human Rights should be respected, and that people should not be forced to be shoot with a poison weapon.

In my opinion threatening to injure or kill children with the COVID-19 biological and chemical weapon of mass destruction which destroys their genome is Family Violence and the Family Court Judges and Lawyers do not adequately address family violence as they support it. When children's health, life and well-being is threatened they support it and attack the mother trying to protect the children's lives.
