WHEREAS the Vaccine Nanotechnology are a toxin, a chemical weapon, an agent of biowarfare, a hazardous environmental agent.
A toxin is a poison of plant or animal origin, especially one produced by or derived from microorganisms and acting as an antigen in the body.
As per US Patent Number 9539210, VACCINE NANOTECHNOLOGY, the nanocarriers are a small molecule that is a toxin. In some embodiments, the toxin is from a chemical weapon, an agent of biowarfare, or a hazardous environmental agent.
WHEREAS the Vaccine Nanotechnology are Biohazards or hazardous environmental agents of Mass Destruction

Every person who commits an offence against this Act is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.

As per US Patent Number 9539210, VACCINE NANOTECHNOLOGY, the nanocarriers can be used for immune suppression to create Vaccine Acquired Immune Deficiency VAIDS). "The Vaccine nanotechnology invention provides synthetic nanocarriers for modulating the immune system... The nanocarrier provided herein can be used to modulate an immune response (e.g., enhance, suppresses, direct, or redirect) and comprises at least one of an immunomodulatory agent, an immunostimulatory agent, and a targeting agent. WHEREAS the Chemical Weapons Convention 1997 requires New Zealand Government to destroy all of our Chemical Weapons
Under the convention New Zealand must:
destroy all of our chemical weapons
declare any sites that have the potential to be used to make chemical weapons
set up systems to verify that chemical production facilities are not being used to produce chemical weapons
allow inspections of chemical facilities
help others in the event chemicals weapons are used or threatened to be used.
Cease and Desist
I am demanding that NEW ZEALAND LAW ENFORCMENT issue a cease and desist to immediately stop distribution, promotion, access and administration of COVID19 mRNA nanoparticle toxins, chemical weapons, agents of biowarfare, biological weapons, a hazardous environmental agents, AIDS and cancer causing Weapons of Mass Destruction injections to All NEW ZEALAND Vaccination Facilities and to seize their mRNA nanoparticle weapon injections inventory.
Vaccination facilities are defined as all entities including but not limited to, a business entity, government entity, healthcare provider, educational institution, or individual within NEW ZEALAND.
Vaccination facilities and administrators who do not comply with the cease and desist and immediate forfeit COVID mRNA nanoparticle weapon injections inventory will be in violation of Nuclear Free Zone, Disarmament, and Arms Control Act 1987, The Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act 1996 and the Chemical Weapons Convention 1997 and may subject imprisonment and/or fines.
